Cognitive Biases Potentially Affecting Judgment of Global Risks

Now, after global financial crisis, we all know what are black swans. People think they cant happen, but when they do, we make them more probable. Recently I read a paper from Eliezer Yudkowsky, which lists more example of biases we certainly use.
